This is a chrome hub cap. This chrome plated ABS plastic cap is designed to protect the lug nuts and hub area on the rear wheel. By not allowing dirt into the hub area it helps keep the rest of the wheel clean by not allowing a dirt, brake dust and water mixture to be flung outward to the rest of the wheel after washing the bike. This is held on by six fingers that grab the inside of the hub on the left side of the rear wheel in addition to six pieces of double sided tape that attach to the surface of the wheel. This will fit all Goldwing 1800's from 2001-2010.

Another benefit of this chrome hub cap is that it allows strategically placed LED pods to reflect off of it onto the ground and the rest of the wheel to create a "hub of fire". This will compliment the rear wheel ring of fire from Kuryakyn that only lights the right side of the rear wheel.
