This is a black driver's backrest. This is made by Utopia Products and is designed to install through the seat. The material matches the OEM seat and it includes a removable pouch behind the pad. The backrest tilts forward so the passenger has more room getting on and off of the bike. The pad adjusts up and down as well as tilting forward and back. This will fit all Goldwing 1800's from 2001-2010. Yes, it will work on the 2006-2010 models with the heated seats. Please be aware that you will be required to cut your seat in order to install this backrest.
