This is a debris modulator mud flap. This is made by Kuryakyn and is designed to help prevent road debris from being thrown on your trailer or the vehicle behind you. It also has two red LED housings that function as running and brake lights. This is a plug and play unit and will fit all Goldwing 1800's from 2001-2010. Note: This requires that you purchase a mounting kit separately.
