  • What is the shipping cost for my order?
    The website automatically calculates the shipping for each order based on the weight of the items and the location it is being shipped to. You can see the shipping cost before you have to enter any payment information. Just add the items you want to your shopping cart, fill out the account info (so that we know where we will be shipping to)and proceed to the checkout. You will see the cost of shipping your order to your location before you have to enter payment information.   back to top


  • Will you ship to ??????
    Yes, we ship to just about anywhere in the world. Just be sure to select the correct location during the check-out process. If you do not see your country on our list, please contact us so that we can add it.  back to top


  • Can you check to see if an item is in stock?
    If you see it on the main website, it is in stock. We remove any items that we run out of until they are back in inventory. There are a few exceptions that will be noted in the product description. If you are looking on the OEM section of the website, then none of those items are in stock. We order them from Honda once we receive your order.   back to top


  • How do you ship?
    We ship with FedEx and USPS. We determine the best of those two methods based on the amount of shipping charged versus the actual cost of shipping to your address. All packages going out of the US are shipped via USPS. Lighter packages will be shipped First Class International and heavier packages will be shipped Priority International.  back to top


  • What are size restrictions?
    There are many countries that limit the size of the package that will be allowed into the country using USPS. These restrictions frequently prohibit the shipping of windshields, tires and other large items. We try to mention this in the description of the larger items. These restrictions may also force us to ship multiple item orders in several packages instead of one.  back to top


  • Do you offer discounts for Vets/military, GWRRA, AMA, AARP, etc?
    This is a very competitive business and we have lowered all of our prices as much as we can for everyone. The only additional discounts that we offer are the VIP discounts. You can see details of this program by clicking on the "VIP Discount" button.  back to top


  • Can I combine regular website and OEM orders?
    Yes and no. It is very expensive to set up the website so that the two portions of the website are integrated. We choose not to do this. Plus, the regular website calculates shipping costs by weight and the OEM section calculates shipping cost by price since we do not have the weight of every OEM item. So, if you place orders on both sections of the website, just tell us and we will combine the two orders. We will hold the regular items until the OEM items come in. Then we will combine everything into one shipment and charge you as needed. You will still have to sign in to each section and enter your payment information separately.   • Can you get items that are not on your website?
    Since we stock everything on our website and we can not stock everything that every company makes, we can not have everything made, on our website. So, if you are looking for an item made by a manufacturer that we stock some items from, then we can probably get it. Just go to the contact page and send us an e-mail with the info on the item you are looking for. We will research it and get back to you with a price and availability.   back to top


  • Will I have to pay customs fees or taxes?
    We are required to charge sales tax on any package being shipped to an address in Ohio. We do not charge taxes on packages being shipped to anywhere else. We also do not charge or pay for any customs fees, taxes, import duties, etc for international shipments. Nor do we know how much, if any, you will have to pay when your items enter your country.  back to top


  • Will the website "remember" the items I have in my cart for later?
    If you sign into your account on the Cyclemax website, the only way to assure you keep items in a "list" for future reference is to use the WISHLIST feature. Once you are signed into your account and add an item to a WISHLIST, it will stay there until you either remove it or move it to your shopping cart to purchase.   back to top
