This is a Flash2Pass garage door opener system. This is made by F2P Technologies and is designed to allow you to activate your existing garage door opener by flashing your highbeam headlights. The receiver replaces the opener button on the wall and the transmitter attaches easily to your bike. This requires no batteries, is weatherproof, has rolling code technology and will work with any garage door opener. It includes all required mounting hardware and instructions. This will work on most vehicles with a 12 volt electrical system. This is available as a plug and play system for all Goldwing GL1800's and F6B's from 2001-2017 or as a splice in system for any vehicle.
