This is a pair of insulated textile Chap-EZ. These are made by Wing Gear and are designed be worn over your pants. The flap at the top of each leg hooks over your belt or through a belt loop, then snaps to hold them in place. This is actually two seperate pieces, one for each leg. They are insulated to help keep you warm on the cold days, washable and each leg has wind cuffs at the bottom to keep drafts out. The full legnth zipper makes them very easy to put on and remove and they compress to take up very little space when not in use. Available in sizes XS, S, M, L, XL and XXL.
