This is a lower cowl driving light kit. These are designed to either replace the cornering lights on SE models or fit in the cowl openings on non SE models. They stay on all of the time just like the 98-00 driving lights and plug in to the factory wiring harness. All mounting hardware and instructions are included. This kit will fit all years of Goldwing 1500's from 1988-2000. Be sure to look for the chrome trim rings for these to replace the black rubber moldings.
